"Works fine, but kinda clunky"
I found what I was looking for without too much hassle, but the site felt a bit clunky overall. Checkout was kinda slow too, which was a little annoying, but it got the job done.

"Decent reformer, but I expected a smoother ride"
I bought this Align Pilates reformer because I wanted something smoother for using at home, and to be fair, it does mostly do what I need. It feels sturdy and I’m not saying it’s a bad machine or anything, because it really isn’t.

The only thing is the carriage isn’t as quiet or as smooth as I thought it would be. There’s a bit of drag sometimes, especially when I’m moving slowly, and for the price I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a better glide. I can still use it fine, but I’d give it 3 stars.

"Delivery was perfectly on time"
I ordered from align-pilates.com and had a really smooth, reassuring experience. The tracking came through quickly, and the box arrived exactly on the day they said it would. No chasing, no stress, no messing around, which I really appreciated. Everything was packed well too, so I felt happy with the whole process. I’d definitely order again.

"Order updates were sooooo slow"
I had to follow up twice just to get updates on my order, which was kinda frustratinggg. It would’ve been much nicer if they kept me in the loop a bit better.

"Good, but a little wobbly"
The reformer works well overall. I just thought it would feel sturdier. It wobbles a bit when I move faster, which gets annoying. It’s not awful. I still use it. But for the price, I expected it to feel more stable.

"Wish I’d bought this one first"
I bought a reformer from align-pilates.com about a year ago, and it still feels really solid. I use it 4–5 times a week, and nothing has started feeling loose, wobbly, or cheap. The carriage still runs smoothly, and the frame hasn’t started squeaking like my old one did.

It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option, and I do kind of regret wasting money on a cheaper reformer before this. This one just feels like it was built properly and made to last. Delivery was fine too, but the main thing for me is that after a year of regular use, it’s still holding up really well...

"Support kept moving the goalposts"
I reached out about a missing part and the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies were slow, and every time I thought we were getting somewhere, it felt like the goalposts moved a bit and I had to follow up again. They did eventually answer, but I definitely felt like I was the one chasing them the whole time.

So I bought a few Pilates bits from Align and the actual products are fine. I did have to get in touch with after-sales because a part was missing, and it took a few days to get a proper response. They sorted it out in the end and sent the part over, but I did have to chase them once. Overall, not bad service, just a bit slower than I was expecting

"Really easy to put together"
I put this together quickly the other afternoon, right after making coffee and while I still had a bunch of stuff sitting on the kitchen table. Assembly was super easy, and I didn’t feel like I had to fight with the instructions or dig around for random tools.

I ordered a reformer after going through the specs and was a little nervous about how big it would be in person. When it arrived, it was pretty much exactly like the listing said, even the little details matched the photos.
There weren’t any weird surprises with the colour or the parts, which I really apreciated. The description made it easy to know what I was getting, and I’d defintely buy from them again.

My order did show up, but it took longer than I expected and the tracking updates weren’t great. The product itself is okay, but support was slow and didn’t really feel all that helpful. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole experience just felt a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of disappointing overall.

"A bit too bulky for my small flat??"
It works fine enough, I guess, but for my small flat it just feels way too bulky?? I was hoping it would fit in a bit more naturally, but it kind of takes up more space than I expected.
